Representatives from the Nitric Acid Climate Action Group (NACAG) participated in the 2023 Nitrogen and Syngas Conference, which took place from March 6-8 in Barcelona, Spain. The conference brought together professionals from the fertilizer, ammonia, and syngas industries to discuss the latest trends and technologies in producing and using nitrogen-based products.
During the conference, NACAG representatives met with plant constructors, abatement and monitoring technology providers to discuss possible technical solutions for reducing N2O emissions in nitric acid plants. NACAG is committed to working with industry partners to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the impact of climate change.
The 2023 Nitrogen and Syngas Conference provided a platform for industry experts to share their knowledge and experience on topics such as production processes, market trends, environmental and sustainability issues, and new technologies. The conference featured keynote speeches, technical presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities for attendees to build new partnerships and collaborations.
